Last Day of Cultural Tour

August 25th 2018. It was become our last day of cultural tour in Manila. We were really sad, because we still need more time to explore Manila. This day, we are going to Manila Ocean Park, and Dr. Stephen is the one who accompanied us to go to Manila Ocean Park. I was really excited because, this is the first time for me to visited that place. So, in the morning I get up earlier and we meet with Dr. Stephen in FEU. So, we start our trip by using a Grab, after arriving in Manila Ocean Park our first stop is in the Restaurant, then we have our breakfast first, because it is Sunday so that there are very many people that visit Manila Ocean Park or just having their holiday there, there are also a very many kindergarten students there. After that, we start surrounding the oceanarium. An oceanarium can be either a marine mammal park, such as a MarineLand or a largescale aquarium, such as the Lisbon Oceanarium, presenting an ocean habitat with marine animals, especially large ocean dwellers such as sharks, we see so much species of fish, and another sea animals. It was very big I think. And the place was really nice.

The Manila Ocean Park is an oceanarium in Manila, Philippines. It is owned by China Oceanis Philippines Inc. it is located behind the Quirino Grandstand at Rizal Park. The construction involved the erecting of the structural pillars at the beachfront, and the construction of the platform that would serve as the basis of the foundation of the entire building. The base structure and platform was completed but laid idle and served a secondary purpose as a promenade walkway until construction of the actual park continued. The manila ocean park hosts a hotel on top of the Oceanarium dubbed as hotel H2O.
After surround the oceanarium, then we go to the Marine Public Aquariums. This is the largest tank of the Afrykarium in Wroclaw shows the depths of the Mozambique Channel, where sharks, rays, and other large pelagic fish can be viewed from this 18 meter long underwater. Modern Marine aquariums try to create natural environments. We can see very large shark in here, and we can be so close with all the fish. Then after finished visited all the place, we have a planed to watch the show, but the show start at 3 pm so that, we waiting for the show by having the coffee breaks in the coffee shop, we drink coffee and eat a cake there. we enjoyed the coffee break so much, then we missed the lion show, we arrived at the show when the show has ended, we are sad, but we decided to continue our trip to go to the Rizal Park, actually the first cultural trip we have been there, but we can’t enjoy the trip there because of strong winds and heavy rain.
So that, we surround the Rizal Park and enjoy that place. Rizal Park also known as Luneta Park or simply Luneta is a historical urban park in the Philippines. Located along Roxas Boulevard, Manila, adjacent to the old walled city of Intramuros, it is one of the largest urban parks in Asia. It has been a favorite leisure spot, and is frequented on Sundays and national holidays. Rizal park is one of the major tourist attractions of Manila. There is the Rizal Monument which consist of a standing bronze sculpture of Rizal. After we circling around the Rizal Park. We go to the national bookstore to buy some stuffs that we need, then we directly go back.
