C.    Teaching System
Teaching system in FEUHS is student-centered, but based on my observation in the classroom on learning process the student centered hasn’t been maximum yet because the limited of time. In one section there is only 75 minutes to carry out the learning process, start from the opening activity, main activity until closing activity. So it is very difficult to run a student-centered learning process. The learning method which is used to deliver the lesson is the lecture method.

D.    Material and other learning sources

In FEUHS, teacher realizes that 75 minutes in one section does not enough to finished all the materials. That’s why this school also have a learning sources like blanded learning. It is called canvas where all the students and teachers can access the canvas 24 hours. Even there are some teachers conduct the examination in that canvas. Canvas become one of the most effective learning resources. So by using this canvas student can learn anytime and not just in the classroom or the learning process does not only take place in the classroom, with canvas students can learn anytime and anywhere. In canvas teacher can uploaded the module, and task that student used to finished. In this school, it doesn’t use a textbook, there are only module and also PowerPoint to present the lessons in the class. Teacher sometimes uploaded their module in canvas in order that students can learn more about the lesson.

E.     Measurement and Evaluation System

Measurement and evaluation system that the teachers do in the learning process during the learning process conducted are according to the grading system which are written task such as assignment, unit test or a quizzes which conduct after one unit or one lesson has finished to study, short test, and long test. Performance task such as presentation, and research. Major exams such as mid term which conduct in the middle of the semester and at the end of the semester there is final test to measured the achievement that the student get at the end of the learning process.

F.     Curriculum

FEUHS apply K to 12 Curriculum. The K to 12 Program covers Kindergarten and 12 years of basic education (six years of primary education, four years of junior high school, and two years of Senior High School (SHS) to provide a sufficient time for mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare graduates for tertiary education, midlle-level skills development, employment and entrepreneurship. There are silent features of K to 12 that are Strengthening early childhood education (Universal Kindergarten), making the curriculum relevant to learners (Contextualization and Enhancement), ensuring integrated and seamless learning (Spiral Progression), Building Proficiency through Language (Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education), gearing up for the future (Senior High School), Nurturing the Holistically Developed Filipino (College and Livehood Readines, let Century Skills). Alternative Learning System (ALS) K to 12 Basic Education Program. Senior High School is two years of specialized upper secondary education; students may choose a specialization based on aptitude, interests, and school capacity. The choice of career track will define the content of the subjects a student will take in Grades 11 and 12. Each student in Senior High School can choose among three tracks: Academic; Technical-Vocational-Livelihood; and Sports and Arts. The Academic track includes three strands: Business, Accountancy, Management (BAM); Humanities, Education, Social Sciences (HESS); and Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM).
There are seven Learning Areas under the Core Curriculum: Languages, Literature, Communication, Mathematics, Philosophy, Natural Sciences, and Social Sciences. For the applied track subject such as English for academic and professional purposes, Practical research 1, Practical research 2, Filipino sa piling larangan
o    Akademik
o    Isports
o    Sining
o    Tech-voc
Empowerment technologies (for the strand), Entrepreneurship, Inquiries, investigatories, and immersion. And for the applied subject such as accountancy, business, and and management strand, Humanities and social sciences strand, Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics strand, General academic strand.

G.    Teaching plan

FEUHS does not have a lesson plan. The teacher only have a module and also the power point in each subject to deliver the lesson or the materials. The module are made based on the project map of the school. In chemistry subject, teacher doesn’t have a lesson plan. They just prepare the teaching plan by using the module and the PowerPoint to present the lesson in the classroom.

2.      Pedagogical Contents

A.    Teaching Methods
About the pedagogical contents this school uses Lecture methods in learning process. Teacher just give the explanation and sometimes give the students question to answer and also problem to solve, and students hear the explanation from teacher and sometimes delivered a question.
B.     Learning materials and innovation
Learning materials are based on the module that teacher have. All the lesson and the materials that wanted to delivered in the class are represented in the module, and as the summarize of the lesson teacher has a presentation in power point which will be use in the class. Kind of innovation that FEUHS had is the canvas. Canvas become the innovation in this school because, many school haven’t had canvas. Canvas is a cloud-based learning management system that makes teaching and learning easier. Our tools are designed to be used online, on mobile and on tablet. But most of all they’re designed to be used. By this canvas teacher and student can conduct the learning process not just in the class but also out of the class in anytime.
C.    Sources of learning and technology
The source of learning in FEUHS is the module and also canvas where student can access in anytime. For technology, the technology utilization in this school very good with the use of canvas that can make students can conduct their learning process outside of the school. Canvas become one of the most effective learning resources, because this canvas is able to utilize the technology that is currently available. By using this canvas teacher and student can utilize the technology. Teacher can give the assignment, module, and the PowerPoint in the canvas, so that student can easily access all the learning resources.
D.    Authentic Assessment
Authentic assessment which used in this school are divided into three that are Core Subjects which all divisions had this subject to teach. Second is Specialized subject, which this subjects consist of subject taught on the relevant strands for example STEM this strands have specialized subject such as General Chemistry, General Physics, and general Biology, as well as ABM, HUMSS, and also GAS each of strands has the specialized subject to teach. And the last is applied subject this kind of subject is an approach to learning and teaching that focuses on how academic subjects can apply to the real world. Further, applied academics can be viewed as theoretical knowledge supporting practical applications.

3.      Teaching Plan

A.    Curriculum
K to 12 is the curriculum which is used in FEUHS. This kind of curriculum covers Kindergarten and 12 years of basic education (six years of primary education, four years of junior high school, and two years of Senior High School (SHS) to provide a sufficient time for mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare graduates for tertiary education, midlle-level skills development, employment and entrepreneurship. ). And for the applied subject such as accountancy, business, and and management strand, Humanities and social sciences strand, Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics strand, General academic strand.
B.     Teaching plan related to your major
In this school does not have a lesson plan. Especially in my major my Cooperating Teacher whom I call Mr.Jc only give me the module and the kind of presentation about the lesson that I will delivered in front of the class. Teacher delivered the materials of the lesson by using the module and also the PowerPoint to present the lesson in the class. The module of each subject are made based on the Project Map of the school.

4. Observation on Teacher
Based on the observation in the classroom and in the laboratory, of the General Chemistry 1, I observed 6 classes in FEU High School because my Cooperating Teacher handled the six classes that is in STEM 1, STEM 2, STEM 3, STEM 4, STEM 5, and STEM 6 the results are as follows:
1.      Planning for teaching
Before teaching and learning process conducted, the teacher should make a planning that’s about what to teach  in the classroom, what would be the material that will be bring in front of the class. And what would become the strategy of the teacher on delivering their lesson. By planning for teaching, teacher also can know whether the learning objectives are achieved or not at the end of the learning process? Planning for teaching is something that prepared before the teacher enter in the classroom. Usually some of teacher use a lesson plan to conclude their planning for teaching. The teacher in this school doesn’t have a lesson plan, but they prepare a module and also presentation before entering the classroom. The module are arranged based on the Project Map of this school.
2.      Preparing lessons and materials
The lesson and materials should be prepared before entering the classroom. Before the teacher start the lesson, he prepared all the materials and lessons to teach in the classroom. The lesson or instructional material which delivered in the class is by the module and also the presentation, for the laboratory experiment also the teacher still preparing the lessons to be given to the student before started the experiment, to avoid the error that maybe come in the learning process. Start by giving the short materials to students about the lessons or the materials which is related with their experiment as the introduction for the lesson, and the instruction  to the student about the materials and tools that is used along the experiments. In the classroom learning process which is the lessons and materials were prepared before teacher enter the classroom.
3.      Teaching in class
In the classroom the teacher taught the student by using the materials in module and also in the presentation. The learning process occur by using the presentation which is prepared by the teacher. In the classroom the teacher always give the guidance to every student in learning process. In the laboratory experiment also the teacher always give the instruction to the student. So that teacher can manage the classroom properly along the learning process conduct. The learning method that teacher use in the classroom are Lecture method, Experiment method, and also Question and Answer Method.
4.      Measurement and evaluation
The evaluation and the measurement that the teachers do in the learning process during the learning process conducted are the teacher start to evaluate every student along the learning process, and for the last evaluation the teacher conducted the unit test or a quizzes and also mid test or final test to measured the achievement that the student get at the end of the learning process.
5.      Others
Along my observation there are some results that I get during the learning process for example for the time management, the teacher always remind the student to manage their time when the student are given some exercise. In order that the class will start and end at the proper time. So does when the laboratory conduct, student always reminded by teacher in order that the experiment will finished at the proper time

5. Teaching Practice
I practiced my teaching practice in 1 strand from the 4 strands that there are in Far Eastern University High School that is Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM). I carried out my teaching practice in 6 classes that are STEM 1, STEM 2, STEM 3, STEM 4, STEM 5 and STEM 6. The subject is General Chemistry 1. My Cooperating Teacher is Mr. John Carlo O. Macuja.
1.      Procedures of Teaching
Procedures of teaching in the classroom, started by the preparation before enter the classroom and conduct the teaching practice. First, I write my teaching plan in a lesson plan than consult it with my cooperating teacher, after it is checked by my cooperating teacher, then I carried out my teaching practice. According to my lesson plan, there are three activities during the learning process that are opening activity which includes greeting, pray, apperception and motivation activity. For the main activity its includes discuss about the lessons and for closing activity its includes evaluation, summarize and conclusion
2.      Time Management and Organizing Activities
For the time management, in 1 section of the learning process there are 75 minutes to carried out the learning process. 3 activities of the learning process are divided in:
1.      5 minutes for the opening activity
2.      60 minutes for the main activity
3.      10 minutes for the closing activity
Activities are organized based on the lesson plan
2.      Opening Activity
a.       Greetings, and pray together
b.      Apperception, by reviewing students knowledge about the lessons or material that they learned on last week
c.       Motivation, teacher motivating the curiosity of the student.
d.      Show the learning objectives to students.
3.      Main Activity, delivered all the learning materials and lessons.
4.      Closing Activity
a.       Summarize the whole lesson
b.      Gives students some problems to solve.
c.       Student solve the problems
d.      Give the conclusion of the material that they have learned as the reinforcement
e.       Give information about the material for the next meeting.
f.       Pray before the learning end.
3.      Problem-Solving
In the learning process, sometimes teacher gives students problems to solve by their selves, in order that teacher can know the extent to which students have mastered the materials. If the students have problems in the learning process, such as if the student hasn’t understand, teacher solves the problems by give them more example which is related to the materials. Students often ask questions or statements when they find a problems, and teacher solves it by give students more explanation.
4.      Classroom Management
Classroom management along my teaching practice are, in the learning process I used some method which can make students be actively involved in the learning process in order that I can manage the class well. Learning methods that I use are lecture method, question and answer method, discussion method and demonstration method. After the materials of the lesson are delivered, sometimes I give students a question which can make them actively during the learning process, so that the classroom will manage well, for discussion method also can make student actively in the class, they can discuss with their friend to share about the lessons. For demonstration method students can directly see and focus on the phenomenon of the materials that they learn in order that it can be easily to understand, and also student can be more interested in the learning process.
5.      Others
Time management, during my teaching practice, time management is also become one of the important things in this teaching practicum, teacher should manage the time well in order that the lessons will be finished at the right time. Teacher must estimate the time of each activity which carried out in the classroom, so that the material can delivered well and finished at the proper time.6. 6. Summary and Suggestion
1.      Purposes of Practicum
This practicum teaching has many purposes. Its main purpose is to provide opportunities for student teachers to engage in the whole world of teaching. This teaching practice also as a place for student teacher to learn how to become a teacher, with this too, student teachers can broaden their knowledge about the education system in other countries, so that it can increase its experience in the world of education. As we know that experience is the best teacher, so by this teaching practicum we can get more experience how to teach a student in another country or we can say that we can enrich our teaching experience through this practicum. It is also required to improve our teaching skills.
2.      Procedures of Practicum
Procedures of practicum, first is student teacher observed about the learning process that occur in that school in order that student teacher can prepare about the practicum that will be carried out such as the learning strategies. After that, before conduct the teaching practice, student teacher need to know about the topics that will student teacher delivered in the classroom after that prepare the lesson plan which consist of the lesson and materials of that topic, learning model and learning method for conduct the teaching practicum. After that, student teacher conduct the teaching practice, after that evaluation by the supervisor instructor.
3.      Outcomes of Practicum
By this practicum, student teacher know how to become a real teacher, improve the teaching skills, and learn more how to manage the class, how to manage the time in teaching, how to use a suitable learning method and learning model, and of course improve the speaking skills, especially speaking in English, because student teacher need to teach in English.
4.      The Challenges of Practicum
The challenges that occur in this teaching practice are how to deliver a lesson or materials in English and make student get the lesson or the materials that delivered. Next, the time management, it was challenging because we need to manage the time in order that all the materials can finish in the proper time and delivered well. And how to manage the classroom during the teaching practice.
5.      Overall Impression
Can get so much experience by this practicum, we can understand how important teaching practice is, and understand more how to use the learning strategies such as learning method and learning model, and learn more how to manage the class, and manage the time. And we can also know our shortcomings in teaching.
